Don't ever open an account with Telkom

I have a big problem with Telkom and it's been going on for 2 years this people said an owing them money where else i paid off my account in 2023 and paid it off the way I was advice . And after all this years they come back and say I owe them R5000 the bad thing about this whole thing is that when I go from one store to another I don't even get help I even call them with no assistance no one is willing to help me , I went to fourways store they told me they can't help me and made me call their call centre which I did to no success and only for them to tell me to go to mall of Africa where i opened my contract which i did but same result and still call their call centre I don't even know who else will help me with this matter cos I've been going up an down where else i paid the account off , so someone who didn't know how to do their job failed from their side and now as a customer am being harassed for this and being affected more than anything
