Dont ever go Telkom. They dont need you!!

Did a online order for adsl line. Its been more than a month and still no installation has been done. Every time I phone Telkom I get told the system “just went offline”. How can a isp as big as Telkom’s systems always be off. Its no wonder thier service is so poor. I went into the shop outlet and they told me its a system error. Logged a incident and told me it should be resolved within 72 hours. Its been a week and still no feedback. No one gives one feedback. Its seems they have enough money. They dont need mine.....
