DON'T EVER GET TELKOM INTERNET !!!!!! Waste of Time and Money

Telkom is the WORST service provider for home internet ,

I have services for only three months now , out of those three months i have only had services for two months , i was told by an openserve tech to upgrade to a LTE line , which i did , they automatically cancelled my order with no notice or confirmation , now im sitting without services , i took my router in store they advised me that i need to pay one thousand rand to get a new one , yet it was no fault of my own , what a ******* , although the ADSL lines are going to be obsolete and they soon will be upgrading everyone onto LTE , they cannot do that now and still want me to pay , stating that they cannot help , not even trying to provide compensation or even a replacement until they upgrade the lines and up till now the 04/12 not one person has gotten back to help or even retain me as a client ,

THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY , I REGRET SIGNING UP FOR A 24 month contact , they just there to take your money , even if you don't have services

Dont ever make the mistake of joining these people , you will just end up paying more than you should
