Don't ever buy Telkom Airtime

Telkom is the worst network provider! After attempting to get someone to resolve an airtime recharge issue which their call centre acknowledge, no one has bothered to assist me. All I get is constant excuses and being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes until I hang up. On Monday, the 28th of October, I bought airtime from my FNB and got the confirmation message from FNB that the transaction was successful but have since been waiting for the recharge. Does anyone know how to discipline these *********** agents?
