Don't even think Telkom, go elsewhere for service

Telkom keeps getting worse, they short debited for a premium,account in areas and no one can explain its almost a month now I call and queries are logged, the only response I get is an sms saying it's resolved but no feedback on how and who resolved it. Call center and store has no answer. Last time I'm ever using your goods or service . Customer service does not exist.
