Don't even bother trying to talk to Telkom. They can't even follow their own instructions!

Every single time you contact Telkom they disappoint. I have been trying to cancel for 3 months and nobody contacted me as they promised in the 3 SMSs and email I received. I called to complain and I was informed I have to pay a certain amount to cancel or I must wait until June next year to cancel. I did not reply and I have been cut off. They still took my money from debit order. They never do what they say they are going to do so I am highly ****ed off.... AGAIN!
