Don't do business with them

Has anyone noticed that Telkom is running a monopoly they the big guns when it comes to internet and I wonder by law what rights do customers have we certainly don't have the financial muscle to take them on however they will come to their own demise I took out a 24 month contract with Telkom which had ended yet they kept debiting my account without me knowing the contract had ended then when i went to the branch in promenade I asked them to please cancel my subscription and voowalah the internet stopped running yet a good couple of days had gone by no internet usage but being billed in my opinion day light ******* I put a request in for my deposit instead I get a bill to the big internet provider i have not once heard anything good about your brand infact many responses were whoooo Telkom I won't if I was you remember that the solid ship you sailing on will sink if each customer chips away at your brand and some new bull takes over be weary how you do your business you can't cancel subscription and then still bill people it's just not cool *** mobile *** reference
