Dont do business with Telkom if you value peace

If I could I would give Telkom zero star, I have app**** for a data contract the 25th of February 2023 and was approved the same day but guess what I am still waiting for Telkom to tell me when the next step is, when the product will be delivered, I have followed up so many times, through calls, email, social media platform but im being told that my case is escalated next thing ill be billed while I have not received any product, I dont recommend doing business with Telkom if you value peace
