Dont do business with telkom

After a review and over 60 calls..telkom has still not fixed my problem..i was sold a 4meg speed line and i am syncing at 1.20.. on top of it all..their own technicians came to attempt and fix it and said the call centre sold a product that can not be installed in my area.. also telkom bills you for a service you donot have and when I asked for legals team they hang up. No supervisors come to the phone. I am going to publish a review in our local newsaper..The Benoni City Times..in hope that the public will not do business with telkom.
