DONT CHOOSE TELKOM!!!

lack basic business acumen. no manners as to how to speak to customers and more than that lack knowledge as to how to resolve basic issues. from saturday till now which is wednesday i have spoke to countless consultants to reinstate my land line which they wrongfully cancelled instead of cancelling the fibre line and my issue is not yet resolved. they need devine guidance and help. i cant see anyone else helping hellkom.
