Don't care about there customers

Very poor.i got this contract from them was told it's r99 a month they been billing me 117 every month so September it did not go off.but I had just over a r100 in my account which I assume is enough this is were I came to realise they been over charging me.phoned them told them I want my cash back.the person I spoke to sed they will phone me back.no one did .Wel short story.i been trying and phoneing alot to get not much help.then they started giving me panelty fees for late pay.spoke to another person the saw the problem gave me a reff nr. Still no one replies only get SMS to say I owe so much .were is there customer service.they don't care.i would not recommend them to anyone.thats only pieces of the whole story.thanks
