Don't care about their customers at all

It's impossible to get any help from Telkom. My phone line was faulty, couldn't make or receive calls. The customer call centre tells you to go to a branch. At the branch they tell you to call the customer service number. They say someone will phone you back and no one ever does. It took almost 2 months of complaining to them and going back and forth to the branch, and then eventually, they basically tell you it's your problem to sort out. So I had to just get a new device. Total lack of skills and knowledge from Telkom.
