Don’t call back when promised

We phoned Telkom mobile on Monday. They promised that we will be called back by friday. Today is Sunday the 19th of November. We have not received any call back. Please wake up and give us a call before Wednesday the 22nd of November. This pathetic service is un-acceptable.
