Don't bother with this company their service has gone to $#!£

O.M.G my husband and I have been with this company for almost 7 years and I have to say we are done. First they give the wrong upgrade dates not once, but three times. Now we finally get to upgrade and was told that there is no stock after three weeks we follow up, then to be told that the the application has been lost. So please tell why we should continue with this company. Wish I could give no star
