DONT BOTHER TO APPLY IN STORE IF YOU THINK IT WILL MAKE THE PROCESS FASTER

App**** for the August Big deal in forest hill branch on the 29th July 2018, now sitting at 30th August still without an answer. we've visited the store, made about 30 calls to telkom sales and the only information they can tell us is it is with credit vetting! we took all correct paper work to store and was told we could collect within 2 working days, 30 days later and its still not even approved, i have asked to be called back umpteen times, never ever get a call back from a manager or supervisor, the store says to contact 081180, 081180 says to contact store as both can only see its with credit vetting department, absolutely pathetic service and not one staff member can help. running a home office and sitting for a month without the service we need.
