Don't bother ordering online
Ordered a phone online through Telkom 2 weeks ago. Didn’t hear back so I went into the store. They said there’s no stock, the online orders have a different warehouse (what?) so I have to call them instead. Call Telkom, they say they are too busy to help. They will "call later". I haven't heard anything back. I wonder if I will ever get a phone this way.
