DONT BELIEVE TELKOM ADVERTS

I upgraded from Telkom ADSL to Telkom Fibre by applying to Telkom's adverti*****t for the 20Mbps uncapped fibre for R806.01 per month which INCLUDED a Free modem, Free installation and Free connection. When I received my Telkom bill by rights the bill should then be for an amount of R806.01 plus vat.....WELL I got a WHOPPING bill for R5241.46 and I have been charged for the Modem and charged for the installation and for the connection. Hows that for DECEPTION
