****les out of stock since 4th May 2015

I had my wi-fi installed on 4th May and was told to collect my ****le from the Springs branch.<br> I drove through to Springs, (41 kilometer round trip) only to be told that they were out of stock country wide by Luisa, I asked for their telephone number only to be told that they do not answer their phones even if they were standing next to the phone. <br> It is now 11th November and after another 3 trips to Springs, and having left my details with Luisa and another I have had no joy.<br> I cannot take my laptop out of the house to use it as without the ****le it is useless.
