When I got my contract two months ago and for assistance over the phone to get things set up and sorted (And that gentleman was patience & understanding) toward the end of the call I completely emptied the box and found this USB kinda thing (D-link) model-DWM -157. When I asked what this is for... he said "it's nothing, please ignore it.
What is this thing and why is in box and what should I do with it?

This would be a USB ****le. You open it and add a sim card.
Once the card has been entered, you pug it into a laptop, or desktop and connection to the internet using your mobile data
