Done with you guys now

<p>I want to request one of your consultants coming into contact with us A.S.A.P, we want to move our ADSL service somewhere else that'll ACTUALLY run proper. 820ms ping to a SOUTH AFRICAN server IN my province is BS. I don't pay for 0.32megabits. Can't play the games that you guys "sponsor" (which is super ironic when you can barely get me a playable ping on CSGO, which you guys sponsor apparently) We would want to move the line as soon as possible. No excuses, no fixes, nothing. Been going on for few years now, you fix something, month later we have to make the same call, and I'm fed up now. People at Afrihost don't have to sit with the same stuff I have to put up with. And on a whole other story, I have family members STRUGGLING for you guys to install their lines, and they're just waiting on your slow and unworthy company to activate it, since Afrihost has already done their job. I'm done. Call in a few days so we can get this sorted and our ADSL line changed. Thank you. </p>
