Don't want any new bussiness

<p>I want to apply for a new land line, because I'm moving to a new place and need to get ADSL. In the past 2 days I've done the online application twice. Both times they didn't even bother to send me a reference number. I've received no communication from telkom. I even sent there sales department a email.Still no communication. This is pathetic. If I didn't need that land line I would never even consider Telkom ever again. </p>

I sent the mail. It's been 24 hours and still I have received no communication from Telkom. Not even a reply on the mail I sent. This is absolutely pathetic.
