Don't rely on their scheduling appointments

<p>So Telkom notified me that my adsl installation for order ********** 08 will happen today 08/05/2017 and I organized a day off from work to wait for technicians. Eventually phoned Telkom to find out that they conveniently changed the date to the 10th of May 2017 without notifying me. Nice Telkom, disapointed in your service even before receiving the product. Treating your business customers like this is really a just unacceptable.</p>
