Don't know what to do anymore

<p>I've been waiting on the feedback of case ********** 3 for almost a month now. I've got numerous case numbers after that been promised that they'll call me back. Now I have an insufficient fund debit order of R33000 something on my bank statement which is after my bureau score! I hope my number won't be blocked because of your incompetency to do your job. As I've said any transaction from the 18th September wasn't done by me. Get it fixed and debit what is due to you.</p>
