Don't get what you pay for!

I have had continuous problems with my Telkom account from day 1. In the beginning I app**** for an LTE line when I was assured that my area would be covered only to find out after 2 months that my area was not covered where I paid my account both months (close on R1000 per month) and received no service and no refund, but my contract was altered when I moved.

Now I am paying over R700 a month for about a year where I have had to constantly have technicians come out to assist with problems and also stand in long queues just to hear that they cannot assist and that it must be a line fault and the technicians saying it must be a modem fault (both of which have been tested).

My contract is a two year contract which means I have approximately 11 months left and I am extremely fed up with the poor service. No one is able to sort out the simple problem where my internet disconnects continuously without warning and then will reconnect (which is very problematic).

I sent an email to cancellations department and the response was that I would have to pay the penalty which is sickening! HOW CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOMER PAY FOR A SERVICE THEY DO NOT RECEIVE!??
