Don't get back to the customer as promised

<p>There was a complaint I raised after sending numerous enquiries, and on the 30 December 2016 I finally received a case number ********** 3</p> <p>Today is 13 January 2017 and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED FEEDBAC****! I mean honestly how long does it take you people to investigate abd revedrt to the customer???</p> <p>That's the whole point of CUSTOMER SERVICE....In case you don't know the meaning GOOGLE IT!!!</p>
