Don't follow instructions

<p>I was suspended last month and called in to increase my debit order limit, now this morning I find I am suspended again because they didn't increase my limit as requested and have now put my entire business at a stand still for R300. which im trying to pay but get told 48 hours to reflect before they will connect me.try call in to speak to a manager and all of a sudden no manager available to take my call. this is absolutely ridiculous!!</p>
