Don't care- Just ripping you off.

<p>I had a cell phone contract for 2 years. after it exoired I was told it will be a month to month basis. I ran into financial dificulties and asked to change from month to month (R1 200 per month) to a pay as you go. Telkom refused. I then had to buy a new number for pay as you go. Which I did.</p> <p>A year later I lost my phone and try and get a sim swop. Just to be told I can not get a sim swop as Telkom as blocked my ID number due to outstanding contract fee.</p> <p>Dispite me calling and confirm cancellation. I even asked if I should forward something in writing (and was told "no the call is engouh).</p> <p>Now I need to get again a new number.</p>
