Domain transfer from hellkom
Telkom is the worst, we have tried to cancel our email domain and move it to a different service provider for the past month now. Telkom informed us to email the registraint email address, which we did and so did our new service provider, when we contact telkom, they open a ticket number and then close it the next day without first solving the problem, how can you close a ticket query if it is not sorted out. Telkom is the worst.

12 Jul 2022, 08:28This is having a negative effect on our business, we can't send out any emails, and therefore can't send out any invoices to our clients. We are not making any income and at the end of the month telkom will demand to get paid but it is because of them that we not having any income.
