Domain service is pathetic

<p>I am receiving no assistance in relation to my domain purchased.</p> <p><br />When accessed an error pops up stating 'sever not found' </p> <p><br />I need to create emails using this domain name and these continous calls to telkom speaking to technical support, emails to hostmaster etc is costing me time and money!!</p> <p> </p> <p>After being purchased, there's no customer support. I've been speaking to telkom consultants and technical support daily for an entire week and still nothing!! The staff have no idea of how to assist and have no knowledge in creating emails using a domainew however, they provided me with a confirmation email reflecting login details that do not work.</p> <p> </p>
