domain release from telkom

Hey everyone, you must know I'm desperate when I make a post here for a request like this.... I am trying to transfer our current domain to alternative host with NO success. We have been asking since the 2 October 2020 I have tried: Calling the call center Emailing *** Emailing *** Emailing *** Tried social media (no reply) Contacted 10210, 10213, 10217 and not help at all Can anyone who has possibly achieved this feat in the past, please give me some tips as to how to get through to these complete IDIOTS who run Telkom domain name services. This is just ridiculous? I’m now going the legal route ( not that they care)
