Dololo Sim Swap

I've never heard of a prepaid sim swap that's taking almost a whole week to be completed. I did a sim swap and change of ownership at Telkom KC and that's where the trouble began. 24 hours passed and dololo sim swap then I went to Telkom in Claremont and was told that the dude from KC messed everything up and that the order is stuck somewhere on the system but the Telkom lady from Claremont promised to call me back when the change of ownership order has been cancelled. Next day, heard nothing and then called the Call centre because Telkom doesn't allow you to call the store directly - how smart. Sive from the call centre told me that the change of ownership went through and that the sim card should work - dololo network! So, then again, went to the store and the lady said the order is still stuck - to cut the frustrating long story short. I've been waiting for a sim swap for a whole week and no one cares. I regret porting from MTN to Telkom. I really do because with MTN I've never experienced such a PATHETIC service!
