Doesn't answer phones!
As a business we need to have our phones in working order. As I tried calling Telkom several times, I had to wait for as long as 30 to 45 minutes before anyone answered. As soon as I stated my problem the customer care call centre person dropped the call. I have tried several times after that to contact them. No one answered. This is highly unacceptable!
