Does Telkom still do business ?

I would like to know if the lights are still on at Telkom and if they are still delivering services, or did they shut up shop and went underground ?<br> <br> Nowadays you can't phone them on 10210 unless you are willing to hold on for over an hour. Seems they are cutting so many jobs they have no-one left to answer phones.<br> <br> For a few weeks now I have bad ADSL internet connections, either no connection, line dead for hours on end, and if I can work, broken intermittent disconnections the whole time. <br> <br> I tried phoning a few times, futile.<br> <br> I logged a call via internet 2 days ago, 19 Jan 2016, ref nr : 8CTK190116. Guess what, no response from Telkom for 2 days, no acknowledment, nothing zip. Unsure if they still exist.<br> <br> For what it is worth, I need my ADSL line to work and dial into work, and you are inconveniencing me. Please let me know if you want me to cancel my service with you. <br> <br> And if you would be so descent to give any sort of reply, it would be very nice thank you very much.<br> <br> If this is not sorted I am leaving Telkom, I am not on a 2 year contract, I can leave today if I want to.
