Does Telkom not want a sale?

So I have requested a call back on the Telkom website for the 3rd time. When they do call, its mostly me saying "hello... hello??" then the phone gets put down before anyone speaks on the Telkom end. All I want is to get more info on a contract and likely start a new contract with them. I do not plan to be on hold for an entire day if the call back option is available.
