Does Telkom have ANY staff?

I cannot get through to a consultant.

Branch help is non existent.

I just want to cancel my contract with your abhorrent, ghost-like level of absent company of yours.

Your service is truly appalling.

I will kindly request some assistance with this as my cancellation request was submitted ages ago.
