We've been without internet since 02 May 2017 since the cables were ******. Telkom advised us to go wireless. I visit the telkom direct store and they tell me to apply via the call centre since it is faster and easier. Great, I thought however when trying to get information from the 10213 no, I have had NO RESPONSE. I spent the entire week waiting for up to 2 hours at a time for someone to answer the phone,
