Does Telkom exist?
Telkom app is hopeless. Needed to review my landline package and to cancel. Been unsuccessful from last month. Even wrote to customer care. Called their 102....numbers. absolutely nothing. Social distancing prevents me from going to the telkom shops. There is also this fear it might be a wasted effort. They could ask me to revert back to online communication.

Nonto Cobeko assisted me through the process. A very efficient,patient and capable consultant. I now have a package more efficient at a reduced price. Thank you Telkom. You have special reduced covid packages. Your humanity is so appreciated. Once again I retract my complaint
