Does Telkom actually care about customer service

Another month has passed and after numerous attempts, Telkom still ignores my mails, calls and application, all this time, keeping or rather *****ING my R700 that they owe me. I dont believe how pathetic the service is, Celiwe, Sakhi, you called and seemed so caring and understanding to my problem, guess it was well practised and all an act, cos you people dont give a damn about customer service, its just another complaint to add to the rest. And to think Telkom appointed people like you deal with customer complaints, shocking. <br> Is my problem ever going to sorted, after 6 months I have been patient enough, must I wait for another 6 months to get feedback from you.'
