Does not provide what was advertised

I signed a broadband data contract in December and was supposed to get 60 Gig Anytime and Night surfer data PLUS an additional 10 Gig anytime and Night surfer data. Now i only get 60 Gig anytime and Night surfer data. The other 10 X 10 Gig is just missing and according to their online chat, there is nothing they can doe.
