Does not fix line issue

on 14 August 2015 a vehicle collided with a telcom pole in Trouw street Capital Park and ever since we are struggeling to get our phone and data line to be repaired. Every time we do enquieries they promise to escalate the repair request.<br> <br> The damage on the line occured on the 14th and was reported 25 August 2015. the 30th a technician came out and confirmed that the line was damaged and informed us that he will escalate the problem for repair on Monday..<br> <br> Since then no reply has come from Telkom and after calling them, they informed us that they will escalate it for repair.Till now no correspondance has come from them and the line in question is still broken<br> <br> 2 full months of payments on the account has been made but with no service...<br> <br> Very poor service with no smiles.
