When I first contacted Telkom for the Domain, Your agents use to call me and send me emails every day to get the application done

Once the application was given, Telkom has a no care attitude refusing to talk to us, refusing to give us feedback, Refusing to attend to our needs as a client but ever ready to invoice and debit the business account with fees for poor ass services.

The management of Telkom is terrible and the CEO of Telkom SA is useless and not trained to run a business, Telkom SA is most welcomed to come to our office and we will teach your managers, CEO, CFO, COM, CRO and staff on how to run a business, As clearly they lack the fundamentals of service and business

By this experience, clearly Telkom is a dummy company and has lost its edge in communication as a company and as a provider. The profit and turnover the business is making is of ****** money by *********** their clients and creating traps for the people of South Africa to ensure they keep ripping them off
