Does anyone work at the sales call centre??

I have been trying to get through to the sales call centre to upgrade my contract and, a good two 30 minute sessions waiting on the call (with no answer), two emails to request a call back later, still no luck! When I have managed to speak to someone at the call centre who isn't in the sales department, they tell me I have to call the call centre. They can't even transfer me to the call centre for crying out loud! Clearly Telkom isn't too keen to hold onto me as a client!
