Does anyone work at telkom!!!

No wonder Telkom is bankrupt.... they don't get back to clients wanting to take out their advertised mobile deals. I've called almost 3 branches but no one answers the damn phone and goes to voicemail everytime and I'm sure if I go personally to Telkom they'll be sitting around doing nothing. I even filled out an online form and what ******** an agent will call you back but nothing yet... terrible service and I haven't even taken out a contract yet.
