Does anyone work at telkom?

I've been searching for the best broadbrand Internet for my home and have contacted all the ISPs, except for Telkom. I tried phoning the call centre for days, and couldn't get through to anyone! A message just comes up saying that they are experiencing high call volumes, and I waited endlessly until I eventually cut the call! How is it that the \leading"telecommunications providers cant even provide"
