Does anyone work at Telkom?

We got offered a wireless telephone for free and the headaches have started - to make an international call you have to go get the phone unbarred at a Telkom store - as we all know that takes 3 hours and now we have finally done the painful exercise as was expected - when we attempt to try use get the international number it does not work - you cannot get hold of anyone and Telkom call centre says we have to go back to the store - all the numbers we got dont get answered and we are back at frustration levels beyond belief! This is the most pathetic organisation we have ever dealt with.....
