Does anyone still work at Telkom?

Seems like the only way to get a response from Telkom is to list a complaint on hello peter. Trying any of the Telkom channels to get information on an order is seemingly inpossible. Used the website to log a request to movemy ADSL, got a sms to say my order is in-progress and that someone will phone me to action the request - 2 weeks later and have received no further communication. Contact numbers listed on the sms doesnt work. Surely this cant be that difficult to get sorted...
