Does anyone at Telkom know what is going in their company?

Telkom canceled my businesses line with no notice on 08/08/2024, I called Telkom and spoke to Tholi who said they would log a call and it will take 24-48 hours to get line up and running again. On Monday 12/08/2024 at 08:36 I called Telkom (10210) as my telephone line was still not working and I spoke to Nonkulileko who informed me that I was at the wrong department and needed to call another number for assistance. I then called Tellkom on the number given (10213) on 12/08/2024 and spoke to Pearl who informed me that I had to go to my nearest Telkom office to do a sim swop. I dove to the nearest Telkom office which is 50km away in other town. When I arrived at Telkom Middelburg Mall Office in Mpumalanga I was told that they cannot do the sim swop and I needed to go to a office that can assist. When I asked for the details of the office who can assist I was told by the Telkom employee that they don't know I need to call Telkom (I'm at Telkom, why do I need to call them). So from the Telkom office, I called Telkom and spoke to Mbali at sales who told me that I need to do a change of ownership as the line is still active on their system. I emailed all the documentation to Mbali on 10/08/2024 and was told it will take 7 working days to do the change of ownership. When I called Telkom on 12/08/2024 to confirm the documentation had been received and that there is no outstanding documentation, I was told that all has been received and is correct. On 20/08/2024 at 12:36 I called Telkom again and spoke to Slindile who informed me that I needed to send all the documentation to her this time, as it was sent to the wrong department and she would ensure it gets to the right department. My business has now been without a telephone line for 12 days. On 22/08/2024 at 10:10 I emailed Slindile for a progress follow-up. Slindile rep**** on 24/08/2024 at 08:48 with a reference number. On Monday, 26/08/2024 at 11:40 I sent an a follow-up email to Slindile with no reply. On Tuesday, 27/08/2024 at 11:07 I called Telkom again and spoke to Mbali who informed me that the change of ownership had been done and it's just the re-instatement of the number that is still outstanding. Mbali then said to call back later. I called again on 27/08/2024 at 14:44 , only to be told that Telkom is off line and to call back later again. I then called on 15:53 on 27/08/2024 and Telkom's systems were still down. I then decided to call the following day hoping their systems would be up and running again by no such luck as when I called on 28/08/2024 at 11:06 their systems are still down and was told to call back later. I then called at 12:56 on 28/08/2024 and spoke to Slindile again who had no recollection of the 1st call or email sent or her reply and then proceeded to tell me that the Ownership change has NOT been done and that it now takes 30 days to do a change of ownership and when I asked about the re-instatement of the line she could not give me answers. I am at my wits ends and can't believe that every time I call Telkom there is another reason why things aren't getting done.
