Does anybody work there????

I am sick and tired of calling Telkom everyday,going to the Telkom store every weekend and still the ***** case is not being resolved.How long does it take for Telkom to investigate *****?a year perhaps?My life is on hold now cause i cannot use my cellphone number as it has been cancelled all they know is to send letters to my address threatening to blacklist me if i dont pay a huge bill that i am not even responsible of.the last time i took the matter to hellopeter they responded and gave me a reference number pretending that they will work on it even now it has not been actioned.
