Does anybody know what’s going on.242

Telkom is actually just a joke. I reported a fault on the 4th of April on my internet line. I have received a few text messages saying that they were working on the problem. On Monday I received a phone call to say that it should be sorted out. I tried to connect, but it was still down, I told the guy on the phone that it still wasn’t working and he said “oh, but they sorted out the fault on the phone line.” He confirmed that I had reported a fault on the internet line but that somehow it had been changed to a fault on my phone line. He was very helpful, but this is ridiculous. So still no internet after 21 days!!
