Does any one at Telkom ever answer a phone?

I have been trying to call the contact centre to change my contract the whole week. I have called 4 time and held for between 5 minutes and 45 minutes and have never had the phone answered. Every time you call you get told by the electronic voice that this call centre is experiencing high call volumes. THEN HIRE MORE CALL CENTRE OPERATORS IDIOTS.
